The Killer Rule Amazon Uses To Keep Its 240+ Million Customers Happy And Its Brand Strong ~via @davidbrier
Amazon is a phenomenon.
In this 6th episode of THE DAVID & TED TALK SHOW, we talk about what their simple secret is that keeps us all so happy to be part of the Amazon universe. (By the way, for those who may have missed it, Huffington Post published an article entitled, “Two New Yorkers Collaborate to be the Voice for Restless Brands.” )
AMAZON FACTS THAT WILL BLOW YOUR MIND
Did you know that over half, according to one report, of the roughly 240+ million customers on Amazon subscribe to Amazon Prime (that’s 120+ million x $10/month… $1.2 billion per month just for subscribers)?
That active customer base is double the reported customer base of PayPal and almost a third of Apple’s 800 million customers with iTunes accounts.
Even more startling is that about one-third of online shoppers in the US have a Prime Membership.
HOW DOES AMAZON DO IT?
Is there some closely guarded secret that keeps customers returning 6X every month?
That is what Ted Rubin and I discuss in this 6th episode of THE DAVID & TED TALK SHOW.
It comes down to an old principle intelligently applied to our increasingly digital landscape.
And it comes down to 5 powerful words that, when applied intelligently, can really shift your brand’s impact on customer experience as well as brand reputation.
