Think of it like your wardrobe—if everything were the same color and style, it would feel dull and limiting. But when you add variety, it brings energy, vibrancy, and depth to your daily life. I am a product of DEI. As an immigrant, I was given opportunities that helped shape my journey and allowed me to get to where I am today.
